It’s an interview with Linda Garland, the founder of the Environmental Bamboo Foundation (EBF). EBF is a non-profit organisation based in Bali dedicated to promoting bamboo as the ideal solution to the twin problems of over-population and dwindling resources.

Some fascinating quotes on bamboo from the video:
